"Kaizen" is a Japanese term that literally means "change for the better" or "continuous improvement". Kaizen is a daily philosophy and process that goes beyond improvement. No other term can better describe Jonathan's personal and business philosophy. People who know Jonathan would say that he brings a very unique perspective to real estate and provides a very rare level of personal service.

Jonathan defines himself as an educator first, and real estate broker second. He enjoys educating the consumer, Buyers and Sellers alike, and dispelling many of the "myths" of buying and selling. As a successful real estate investor as well Jonathan is able to offer practical and useful advice whether you are the first-time investor or seasoned pro.

Jonathan is no stranger to hard work and perseverance. After graduating from college in 1995 Jonathan was able to pursue in Japan his classical martial arts training in Bujinkan Ninjutsu with grandmaster, Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi, and other very insightful practitioners. He has been able to achieve his yondan(4th degree black belt) ranking and is working towards Godan (5th dan) ranking. While living overseas he was fortunate to travel extensively and meet many lifelong friends that he stays in contact to this day. His greatest achievement to come from his travels was meeting his wife, Caryn.

When not working in real estate, Jonathan enjoys playtime with his children, Alyssa & Julian, a good book, and the "zen" of housework. He still loves to travel but tends to stay much closer to home these days.
