Community plays a huge role in the makeup of Carbutti & Co. Realtors. If it wasn't for communities, where would we be today? We started our journey in cozy Wallingford, CT and have been expanding ever since. However, this doesn't mean that we have or that we will ever forget about how we've arrived at where we are today. We are heavily involved in the Wallingford community and it shows by our Record-Journal awards that we've been collecting over the past five years.
Recently, we've been branching out of Wallingford into the Greater New Haven Area to showcase other communities such as Guilford, Branford, Cheshire and New Haven just to name a few. With the expansion, we've been learning about what makes these communities so special through our town video tours. By learning more about these towns, events that they hold and what makes them unique, we can inform our clients before they make their decision.
